FUNDINGJANUARY 2011 ~ Due to a significant project with one of our publicly supported organizations, Good Will-Hinckley, Unity Foundation will not be accepting or reviewing any Annual or Collaborative Grant submissions, applications or letters of inquiry until further notice.
Opportunity Grants Unity Foundation will continue to review applications for up to $250 for small programs, projects and activities on a rolling basis. The maximum award is $250. Notification of funding decisions is typically made within 15 days from date of receipt. Follow this link to the Opportunity Grant Application form. Evaluation Report: The final report on use of funds must be submitted in writing within 10 days after the project/program/activity concludes. The report should contain the number of people served by the project/program/activity, expected outcomes, actual outcomes and any specific learning. One or two photographs may be included.
